General Hospital Star Tyler Christopher’s official cause of death was positional asphyxiation due to acute alcohol poisoning, it was revealed Friday.
According to San Diego medical examiner documents obtained by TMZ, Christopher, who died on October 31 of last year, asphyxiated after being severely intoxicated and unpositioned.
The Medical Examiner’s Office report listed a contributing condition as coronary artery atherosclerosis.
Christopher’s body was found in his bedroom. She starred in more than 1,100 episodes of General Hospital.
