Shahid addressed the anticipation for Farzi’s next season and explained the challenges faced by the directors, Raj and DK. He mentioned that the directors have commitments to two other shows they have written and completing those projects before returning to Farzi is a priority. Shahid highlighted the difficulty of conveying this to the audience, who may express impatience and wonder why the writing process has not started. Despite the complexities, he appreciates the audience’s enthusiasm and is pleased that Farzi, his OTT debut, has become the most-watched series of all time in India on a subscription video-on-demand platform.
