Sutton Stracke suffered a health emergency while filming the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” season 13 reunion.
In it trailer Released on Wednesday, the socialite is sitting next to host Andy Cohen and fellow co-star Garcelle Beauvais when former cast “friend” Kathy Hilton enters, surprising the “Housewives.”
As the fashion designer walks to sit next to her sister Kyle Richards, everyone stares at her before Stracke begins gasping for air in a seemingly unrelated incident.
As the camera zooms in on Stracke, the 52-year-old woman struggles to breathe and leans toward Beauvais, who supports her.
She also begins to shake, which Cohen points out as he tries to fan her with his cards before his hands swell to the point of turning purple.
“Can we call someone please?” —Beauvais asks alarmed while Stracke looks around disoriented.
“You’re shaking, you’re shaking, you’re really shaking,” Cohen also tells her before a paramedic, as well as certified nurse anesthetist Annemarie Wiley, approaches her.
“Oh my God, that’s scary,” Dorit Kemsley says before the trailer ends.
Although it is unclear what exactly happened to Stracke, it appears that he has recently recovered. flew to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, with his son and his friends.
Moments before Stracke’s health emergency, the cast had been discussing a variety of topics, including Richards’ separation from Mauricio Umansky and his difficult friendship with Kemsley, among others.
During the preview, Richards and Kemsley argue when the latter claims that they haven’t been the same since the actress started dating Morgan Wade.

“You knew saying something like that would create a bigger problem for me in the media with the whole Morgan situation,” Richards tells him, apparently referring to speculation that her relationship with Wade is romantic.
Both Richards, 55, and Wade, 29, have denied being anything more than friends, but that doesn’t stop Cohen from questioning Richards during the meeting.
“Could you meet Morgan?” Cohen asks, making Richards hesitate to answer.
Cohen also appears to grill her about the status of her marriage to Umansky, 53, asking, “Are you talking about divorce?”
Richards immediately breaks down crying and nods.
The reunion was filmed six months after Page Six confirmed that Umansky and Richards had split. They had been married for 26 years.
Richards has since shared some details about the breakup, including who started it, whether they are “free” to date other people, and whether they are still living under the same roof.
The three-part “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” reunion begins Wednesday, February 28 at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo. Uncensored extended versions of the episodes will be available to stream the following day on Peacock.
