Kent became a mother for the first time almost three years ago when she and her ex-fiancé, Randall Emmett, welcomed a baby girl.
A month after giving birth, Kent took to social media to reveal that she had a difficult pregnancy that involved a health scare.
“At 6 weeks I started bleeding. I went to the emergency room already knowing what they could tell me,” she wrote in a 2021 Instagram story.
“They took me into the room for an ultrasound and I stood there in silence… I started sobbing and softly asked how I was supposed to know what was happening. (The nurse) remained silent and then turned on the monitor where, for the first time, I heard the pounding of my baby’s heartbeat. ‘Your baby is still there.’”
“For the next 3 weeks I kept bleeding randomly and each time I called my OB and I was beside myself. Although bleeding during pregnancy is not normal, it is common. My bleeding was the result of a clot. They put me on bed rest until it went away,” she continued.

She deserves a brother. So yeah, that’s in the cards for me.”
