After Bobby Deol, THIS actor will play a dangerous villain in Ranbir Kapoor’s animal park?

After the huge success of Animal, fans are eagerly awaiting the film’s sequel, Animal Park. However, if a recent report is to be believed, Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal 2 might bring bigger surprises for the audiences. Recently, Instant Bollywood reported that the director is likely to rope in Vicky Kaushal for the sequel to his hit film.

Vicky Kaushal is reportedly being considered for a negative role in Animal Park. While there is no official confirmation regarding this as of now, it will be interesting to see Vicky’s on-screen confrontation with Ranbir. In the first part of the film, it was Bobby Deol who played the negative role and the fight sequences of him with Ranbir were highly appreciated by everyone.

It is also worth noting that Vicky Kaushal’s Sam Bahadur clashed with Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal at the box office in December 2023.

Animal 2, also known as Animal Park, was officially announced in December 2023 when it was announced that Sandeep Vanga and Bhushan Kumar had joined forces to deliver the much-awaited sequel. Sharing the news on their official Instagram account, T-Series wrote: “It is a partnership built on trust, fueled by creative freedom and strengthened by an unbreakable bond. Producer Bhushan Kumar and director #SandeepReddyVanga present the upcoming cinematic wonders: Prabhas’ Spirit, Animal Park and an Allu Arjun saga, the chapters that follow the monumental success of Kabir Singh and #Animal.”

“The kind of freedom it gives me in terms of my creativity and the freedom to choose any song makes me feel at home in T-Series, and there is nothing more than what a director needs,” the director also shared.

Released on December 1, 2023, Animal revolved around a man and his toxic relationship with his father. The film showed Vijay (played by Ranbir) as an antihero who would do anything to protect his father, including shooting 200 people with a machine gun. However, despite his best efforts, he struggled to get the seal of approval from his emotionally unavailable father (played by Anil Kapoor). The film grossed over Rs 900 crore at the box office.
