Alaia Baldwin arrested for throwing used tampon at waiter

Alaia Baldwin Aronowsister of Hailey Bieber and daughter of Stephen Baldwin, was arrested in Savannah, Georgia. this week after he allegedly threw a used tampon at a waiter and then assaulted other staff members.

The 31-year-old model has reportedly been charged with four counts (simple assault, simple battery, battery and breaking and entering) for the alleged incident, which occurred last weekend at Club Elan in downtown Savannah.

Waitress Haleigh Cauley says Club security informed him that “an intoxicated woman,” later identified as Aronow, forced her way into the locked employee bathroom, a claim that appears to be supported by security images.

When Cauley asked her to leave, she says she was told Aronow needed time to change her tampon, after which they threw a used one at her.

“Her friends said she needed a minute and she said, ‘I need to change my tampon,’” Cauley told Us Weekly in an interview on Friday. “She proceeded to stay in the bathroom. I told her again that she had to go and she said, ‘I’m changing my tampon, do you want to see it?’ And she throws it up and it hits my face.”

Officials of the Savannah Police Department He reportedly responded to the scene at approximately 2:30 am. Upon her arrival, they were told Aronow assaulted several employees while they were trying to remove her from the bar after also finding vomit in the employees’ sink.

The Nyack, New York, native is accused of kicking a bouncer in the groin and ripping hair out of a security guard’s head, according to ET.

Cauley, who supposedly plans to press charges against AronowHe described his actions to US Weekly as “pretty disgusting.”

In a statement to TMZ on Friday afternoon, attorney Drew Findling said Aronow “is embarrassed and saddened by the events of that night and is proactively taking steps to ensure it never happens again.”
