The young Manchester United winger scored at half-time in the FA Cup quarter-final against Liverpool at Old Trafford and celebrated by taking off his shirt
Amad Diallo was sent off seconds after scoring the winning goal in Manchester United’s thrilling FA Cup quarter-final victory over Liverpool.
The young winger celebrated his goal in the last breath of extra time by taking off his shirt, which earned him a second yellow card and his expulsion.
Amad’s goal made it 4-3 on the night and concluded an impressive match that swung back and forth in favor of both teams for 90 minutes plus extra time.

Man United took the lead through Scott McTominay in the first half of the quarter-final, with the Scot scoring from close range. But Liverpool responded through Alexis Mac Allister a minute before half-time, and Mohamed Salah gave the Reds the lead in first-half stoppage time.
Roy Keane was furious with his former team at the half-time break for failing to keep the score level at such a crucial point in the game. And United came out revitalized in the second half when substitute Antony finally leveled the scores, three minutes from time.
Harvey Elliott looked to have won the game for Liverpool with a goal in extra time, but Rashford responded with a goal of his own and the match headed to penalties.

However, Amad had other ideas and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer found the corner of the net after McTominay passed to him to put United into the semi-finals. The youngster, who had been booked earlier in the match, took off his shirt in celebration and received a second yellow card before receiving the red card.
Marcus Rashford, who also scored against the Reds, was delighted for his team-mate at the end of the game. He said: “I’m happy for him. He’s been working hard this year and probably hasn’t had the opportunities he’d like.”
