Amitabh Bachchan has written an emotional note for his son Abhishek Bachchan after his recent release. Ghoomer won three awards at a recent awards show. Taking to Instagram on Sunday, Amitabh shared the poster of Ghoomer. with Abhishek Bachchan and Saiyami Kher along with a note. The note read: “My prayers, admiration and love to you, Abhishek… you make me feel so proud… so deserving… not just this, but many more, past, present and future.” As soon as the post was uploaded, fans and industry members reacted in the comments section. Abhishek posted hand emojis. One person wrote: “Amazing movie, must watch.”
Directed by R Balki, the film stars Abhishek, Saiyami Kher, Angad Bedi and Shabana Azmi in the lead roles. It was released on August 18 last year. In the film, Abhishek plays the character of a coach, whose life takes an unexpected turn when he crosses paths with a paraplegic athlete, played by Saiyami Kher. Their journey together unfolds in the face of social challenges and personal struggles, all guided by director R Balki’s distinctive storytelling prowess.
After watching Ghoomer, Amitabh earlier shared his honest review of his son’s film. He wrote: “So yes, I saw Ghoomer twice in a row… on Sunday afternoon… and then in the evening again… and the verdict is indescribable… just amazing… the eyes They’ve been in aquamarine since the first frame.” …and when the progeny are involved, they flow copiously…and each reaction has some wonder in their thoughts, words and actions…each one notices something that is so endearing and attractive…the emotions relate to the game of cricket and the “The story of a girl and her ambition… but in reality it is the sensation of the description and its impression not only in the game, but in the effect of the family, of the Mother, of the that middle India represents in our lives.
He also praised director R Balki for his direction and wrote: “It is the simplicity in the way the narration occurs… it is the skill with which R Balki has woven before us, in the simplest of ways, an idea of what more complex… of losers and winners… than each of us has been through.”
“Each of us has faced failure at some point or another in our lives… and we are aware and know how it feels… but… how does a winner feel when he or she succeeds? Amitabh will next be seen in the sci-fi action thriller Kalki 2898 AD alongside Deepika Padukone and Prabhas. He also has a courtroom drama film, Section 84, in the pipeline.
