Anant Ambani gave an emotional welcome speech on the first day of his three-day grand pre-wedding event. During her speech at the event, Anant spoke about her childhood health problems, which made her father cry. She expressed: ‘My family has done everything they can to make me feel special. Everyone has slept less than 3 hours a day for the last 2 or 3 months. My life has not been entirely a bed of roses. I have experienced the pain of thorns and faced many health problems since childhood, but my father and mother never let me feel that I had suffered. “They have always supported me.” Anant Ambani thanked her parents for making him feel special and instilling confidence in him. And he added: “Thank you, Mom, for everything you’ve done.” All of this is created by my mom and no one else. For the last four months, I think she has worked 18 to 19 hours a day. I am very grateful to mom. My father and mother have always supported me and made me feel that if I think, I will do it. That’s what my father and mother mean to me and I will be forever grateful.’ During his speech, Anant referred to himself as a “lucky man” while he talked about his fiancée Radhika. He said: ‘I’m 100 per cent lucky; There is no doubt about that. I also don’t know how I got Radhika, so I’m definitely the luckiest one here. I’ve known her for seven years, but it seems like we met yesterday. Everyday I Fall in Love more. I have earthquakes and tsunamis in my heart when I see Radhika.’ Earlier this week, the couple began their pre-wedding celebrations by hosting a community party. Thousands of attendees from nearby villages were welcomed and treated to a selection of delicious Gujarati dishes. At the heart of this enchanting three-day celebration is a distinguished gathering of more than 1,000 guests, including some of the world’s richest and most influential people. Distinguished attendees include luminaries such as Bill Gates, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg and renowned Bollywood stars such as Amitabh Bachchan, SRK, Aamir, Deepika and Ranveer Singh. Anant and Radhika will get married on July 12, 2024.
