While chatting about Kate Middleton conspiracy theories on Friday’s episode of her “Daddy Diaries Podcast” The Bravo executive addressed speculation that Prince William and Lady Rose Hanbury have something to do with the Princess of Wales’ months-long absence from the spotlight.

Social media users have questioned Middleton’s well-being since Kensington Palace announced in January that she was recovering from abdominal surgery.
