Barbara Corcoran says Kylie and Travis need to be realistic about mansion problems

We had the “Shark Tank” star in Los Angeles earlier this week…she tells us that the exes lower the price from $21.9 million to less than $18 million isn’t enough, and that they simply must Be realistic when it comes to your asking price.

The real estate professional says it all comes down to the Los Angeles luxury real estate market not being the best right now, especially with that pesky new “mansion tax” in play, which she has talked about …he had previously told us that it was ridiculous.

BC also influences Travis’ other property, which is at the top a huge crack on a Brentwood hillside caused by recent record-breaking storms.

It’s surely a precarious situation, but Barbara says there’s nothing to worry about.

As someone who has purchased some beachfront properties, Barbara says she’s seen other beachfront homeowners who have had their homes washed…so, to her, a crack in the ground is neither a big deal nor a Bad investment, especially if Travis uses the property wisely.
