What to know
The Celtics are 9-1 against the Nets since April 2022 and will have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Boston Celtics will hit the road to take on the Brooklyn Nets at 7:30 pm ET at Barclays Center. The Celtics look to add another win to their five-game road streak.

In this contest, the number of possessions is likely to be an important factor: the Celtics have not given the ball away easily this season, having averaged just 11.9 turnovers per game. However, it’s not that the Nets (currently ranked fifth in turnovers per game) are struggling in that department, as they have averaged just 11.8 turnovers per game. Given these competing strengths, it will be interesting to see how their clash plays out.
As for their next game, the Celtics are the favorites in this one, as experts expect them to win by 8.5 points. This contest will be the sixteenth consecutive as a favorite (so far in this stretch they have a 6-9 record against the spread).
