After a couple of painful losses for the Cleveland Knights and Denver Nuggetshe Boston Celtics returned to normal with a 117-107 victory over the Phoenix Suns at the Footprint Center last Saturday night. Big games from Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown and Jrue Holiday secured the victory for the Celtics, who as a result avoided going on a three-game losing streak for the first time this season.
Holding off the Suns in two pushes in the second half of the tournament fueled by a monster 45-point game from Phoenix superstar Kevin Durant was an impressive response to the Celtics’ recent unfocused and uninspired play.
