Although Bruce Willis and Demi Moore divorced more than 20 years ago, they remain close.
While promoting his new show. “Fight: Capote vs. The Swans” Moore shared an update on Willis’ health.
“I think under the circumstances he’s doing very well,” Moore said. during an appearance on “Good Morning America.”
In 2022 it was announced that Willis would be walking away from his career due to cognitive problems. Since then it has been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia (FTD), which is a progressive brain condition.
Moore and Willis divorced in 2000, but share three adult daughters, Rumer, Scout and Tallulah.
“What I will say is what I tell my kids, which is that it’s important to meet them where they are and not hold on to what’s not,” Moore said on “GMA.” “Because there is great beauty, sweetness, love and joy in that.”
The former couple has continued to amicably share family experiences over the years. Willis has been married for more than 16 years for Emma Heming Williswith whom he shares two young daughters, Mabel and Evelyn.
