Videos of Dhanush shooting his upcoming film with director Shekar Kammula in Tirupati made it to X and Instagram. The actor appears almost unrecognizable with a thick beard and dressed in tattered clothes in the videos. However, the shooting appears to have irritated devotees, according to a report from ntv. The shooting
On Tuesday, Dhanush was shooting for the film on the Alipiri ghat. Vehicles meant to go to the temple were diverted by police and bouncers, causing a huge traffic jam. NTV reported that the devotees asked the police about how they gave the film crew permission to film and caused such problems to the devotees. It was also reported that the police stopped the film’s shooting when a complaint was filed.
However, a source from the film’s team told Hindustan Times, “Yes, there was a little problem during the shoot, but Sekhar managed to complete the shoot. “It is not true that the police have interrupted the calendar.”
Dhanush visits Tirumala
Early on Wednesday, Dhanush visited Tirumala to have darshan of Lord Venkateshwara. Dressed in a traditional white pancha ensemble, with a red and gold shawl around him, he greeted fans and journalists after his darshan. He could be seen escorting him out of the temple even as fans clamored for selfies and photographs. The schedule in Tirupati has concluded and it remains to be seen where the filmmakers will shoot next.
