Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding celebration in Jamnagar was truly memorable. Among the distinguished guests attending the three-day event was Ivanka Trump, who shared glimpses of the lavish event on Instagram. However, Arshad Warsi’s former VJ and wife Maria Goretti expressed her concern after noticing the use of an elephant as “props” at one of the pre-wedding venues. Expressing her dismay on Instagram Stories, Maria called the treatment of the animals “heartbreaking.” Maria Goretti shared the photo of Ivanka on her Instagram Stories and wrote in a note: “I am shocked by this image of Ambani’s celebration. I don’t think this should happen to any animal, especially animals that are being rescued and rehabilitated. It’s heartbreaking, just heartbreaking that this elephant was created to stand like a prop, amidst noise and people.’ Notably, Ivanka Trump, in the photos shared of her, stood in front of a magnificently decorated elephant at the decorated venue. The elephant sported intricate decorations on its head. The guest list at the event, attended by around 2,000 people, included notable figures such as King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuk and his wife Jetsun Pema of Bhutan, along with singer Rihanna, who arrived in Jamnagar on Thursday and performed at the gala. Arijit Singh, Ajay-Atul, Diljit Dosanjh and illusionist David Blaine also showcased their talents during the celebrations.
