Hill Tyreek is facing a new lawsuit after a social media influencer claimed the Miami Dolphins wide receiver intentionally broke his leg at his home last year.
The lawsuit was filed in Broward County last week by Sophie Hall, an influencer and model with more than 2.1 million followers on Instagram.
The lawsuit claims that Hill had been knocked backwards by Hall during a soccer lesson and he “became enraged and forcefully and decisively pushed Ms. Hall, severely fracturing her leg, requiring surgery with orthopedic reconstruction.” and hardware implementation”.
The incident occurred after Hall purchased a ticket for his son to attend “Tyreek Hill Football Camp” at Boca Raton High School in June 2023.
After the purchase, Hill sent Hall a message on Instagram, telling her he wanted to “meet and get to know her,” according to the lawsuit.
Hill then flirted with her in messages and told her he was known for being a “good stepdad,” and before camp, Hill told Hall to “come a day early so mom and I can hang out” and told her He gave his phone number. she said the suit.
After the camp, Hill invited Hall to return to her home in Southwest Ranches, and then purchased flights and travel arrangements for Hall to visit them, and she arrived about 11 days after the camp, according to the lawsuit.
At home, Hill was working with her coach and Hall was watching when he invited her to participate in offensive line drills with him, according to the lawsuit.
Hall followed his instructions and made contact with Hill, pushing him back and “eliciting laughter” from Hill’s mother, sister, friend and coach, according to the lawsuit.
Hill’s attitude changed and she became angry, and during another play Hill “charged at her violently and with great force, resulting in serious and significant injuries,” the lawsuit says.
Hall couldn’t get up or walk and Hill “downplayed” his injury, telling him to rest and ice his leg, according to the lawsuit.
Hill allowed Hall to stay at his house for a couple of days while Hill arranged his trip home.
When Hall visited a doctor after returning home, it was discovered that he had a fracture in his right leg that required surgery with metal implants, according to the lawsuit.
NBC6 reached out to an attorney for Hill, but he declined to comment on the lawsuit.
Hill, 29, was traded from the Kansas City Chiefs to the Dolphins in 2022 and signed a four-year contract extension worth $120 million.
The star receiver’s home in Southwest Ranches caught fire in January after authorities said a boy had been playing with a lighter.
