After “Quiet on Set” debuted on Max, Josh Peck posted a video on social media filled with comments demanding that he speak out about his co-stars’ accusations, such as TMZ reported.

“I just want to clarify something. I’ve noticed a lot of comments on some of Josh’s TikToks and some of his posts,” Bell said in a video posted on TikTok. “I just want you to know that this is really…processing this and going through this is a very emotional time, and a lot of it is very, very difficult. So not everything is made public.”

Bell continued: “But I just want you to know that he has reached out to me and he has been very sensitive. But he reached out to talk to me and help me get through this. And he’s been really great. So he just wanted you guys to know and take it a little easy.”

Bell and Josh Peck played teenage stepbrothers Drake and Josh from 2004 to 2008 in four seasons of the Nickelodeon series, as well as two films. Josh Peck did not appear in “Quiet on Set.”

In 2003, Brian Peck, 43 years old at the time, was arrested on 11 charges. – including sodomy, lewd act on a 14 or 15 year old child by a person 10 years older and oral copulation using anesthesia or controlled substances – but the victim was not named until now when Bell came forward. “Quiet on Set” also revealed allegations of emotional abuse and sexualization of child actors against Nickelodeon executive and “Drake & Josh” creator Dan Schneider. whom he addressed in a video released after the documentary’s premiere.

Nancy Sullivan, who played Bell’s character’s mother on “Drake & Josh,” also expressed her support for her co-star, writing on Instagram: “They weren’t my real kids, but I will always love them. It broke my heart into a million pieces to hear how much Drake kept inside him while we worked together. I was devastated and proud to see the man he has become sit in front of the camera and bravely tell the truth about him. Past abuse does not define us and has no right to govern our lives. I know that letting go of this burden will free you in many ways. I hope that the memories of the joy I had in our programs one day greatly eclipse the pain. Sending love to Drake for deep healing and a rich, beautiful life ahead.”
