The film’s first week collection was Rs 146.5 crore. On the 9th (second Friday), the film minted 5.75 crores and on the 10th (second Saturday), it earned 10.5 crores. On the 11th (second Sunday), it accumulated 12.5 million rupees. The film is expected to earn Rs 3.35 crore nett in India for all languages. So far, Fighter is likely to generate Rs 178.6 crore nett at the domestic box office.

He mentioned that Fighter represents an important leap for the country’s filmmakers, especially considering the uniqueness of its genre. Siddharth Anand emphasized the challenge of bringing such a film to an audience, pointing out that a substantial percentage of the country, around 90%, has not experienced flying on airplanes or been to an airport.

In the film, Hrithik Roshan takes on the role of Squad Leader Shamsher Pathania aka Patty, while Deepika Padukone plays Squad Leader Minal Rathore aka Minni. Anil Kapoor joins the cast as Group Captain Rakesh Jai Singh, known as Rocky, as they unite in the fight for their country.
