Combat Movie OTT Release: Riding on the massive success of Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan, director Siddharth Anand has released his next film, Fighter. This action film, produced by Marflix and Viacom 18 Studios, was released on the eve of Republic Day 2024. It was the first time that Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone played the lead roles together in a Bollywood film.
Made for a strong $250 crores, the combat film took to the skies and surpassed expectations. According to Sacnilk, he raised $254.83 crore nationally and an additional $104 crore overseas, taking its worldwide total to a success $358.83 crores
The director, Siddharth Anand, has plans for a sequel to Fighter according to Pinkvilla. However, he will postpone the shoot till after the release of the much-awaited Tiger vs Pathaan, which reunites Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan on screen.
Although designed for the big screen, the action-packed film is now available for you to enjoy at home! You can watch it on Netflix since its OTT release on March 21 at midnight.

Terrorist Azhar Akhtar is planning an attack on the Indian Air Force base in Srinagar. The “Air Dragons” team is tasked with foiling the plan. Group captain Rakesh “Rocky” Jai Singh leads the team. The team’s skilled pilots consist of Patty (Hrithik), who has a troubled past, and Minni (Deepika), who has feelings for him.
After an attack on Pulwama by Akhtar, India counterattacks with an attack on Balakot. Leads to Pakistani retaliation. Some members of the team are captured. Patty is suspended for not following orders. She subsequently joins a rescue mission for captured soldiers.
