Hrithik Roshan said: “It was incredibly difficult and I had to record three songs in a row while transforming, which meant there was no fuel and I was just running on all cylinders. When the day came and I finished my body injection, it was all over, I was very happy and relieved. But nothing fulfilled me. “I ate gajar ka halwa, ice cream, I hadn’t planned the reward, I had just planned to be in this fighter flight mode and do this.”

“I thought, ‘What do I do? What should I do?’. Then I picked up a cigarette and started smoking. I got to the other extreme and that’s a learning in itself because, in one week, my resting heart rate went from 45 to 75. It’s that bad for you. Then I stopped. But it was a disaster. We just plan, schedule and brainstorm about the building, but what happens after the victory? That also needs a plan,” Hrithik stressed, so victories need to be planned carefully.
