Indian cricket team captain Rohit Sharma is well known for his one-liners on the field and on multiple occasions, his comments have gone viral after they were caught on microphone. A similar incident occurred on Tuesday on Day 1 of the fifth Test match against England in Dharamsala, when his comment left fans divided. While Jonny Bairstow came out to bat during England’s first innings, Rohit was chatting with a teammate about how English batsmen did not prefer off-side shots. In true Rohit style, the Indian captain quipped: “Isko Toh Kuch Bhi Daal (throw whatever you want)”. The comment was captured on microphone and video of the incident went viral on social media.
Spinners Kuldeep Yadav and Ravichandran Ashwin shared nine wickets between them as India beat England for 218 on the first day of the fifth Test on Thursday.

England collapsed at 175-3 after Zak Crawley’s 79 and survived just 57.4 overs as the visitors elected to bat first in their bid for a consolation win at the picturesque Dharamshala stadium.
Non-spinning Ashwin, in his historic 100th Test, ended a brief resistance from Ben Foakes when he removed the keeper-batsman for 24 after tea and concluded the innings in the same over. Yadav excelled with his left-arm wrist spin by taking 50 Test wickets with figures of 5-72.
India, led by Rohit Sharma, lost the opening Test but fought back to take an unassailable 3-1 lead in the five-match series.
