Amazon MGM Studios has released the first trailer for its remake of the 1989 action classic “road house”, which will be available to stream globally on Prime Video on March 21.

Doug Liman (“Edge of Tomorrow”) directs the film from a script written by Anthony Bagarozzi and Charles Mondry. After producing the original 1989 film, Joel Silver returns to produce for his company Silver Pictures along with JJ Hook, Alison Winter and Aaron Auch, who serve as executive producers.

The original film grossed a modest $30 million against a $15 million budget, but has since become a cult classic and is one of Patrick Swayze’s most beloved roles.
