Justin Timberlake“Selfish” has topped this week’s new music poll.

Music fans voted in a poll released on Friday (January 26) on Billboardchoosing the 42-year-old man. pop the star and actor’s first solo release in over five years as their favorite new music release of the past week.

“I worked for a long time on this album and ended up with 100 songs,” JT saying during a recent interview with Zane Lowe for Apple Music 1. “So narrowing it down to 18 was a question, and then, yeah, I’m really excited about this album. “I think probably every artist says this, but it’s my best work.”

Timberlake also performed “Selfish” during his Saturday night live appearance on January 27, followed by the debut of another new song, the gospel-flavored “Sanctified,” featuring Houston rapper Tobe Nwigwe.

Behind “Selfish” in the survey is the “other” category, which received 12% of the votes. And in third place was Megan Thee Stallion’s exciting new single, “Hiss,” which earned 5% of the votes.
