Kangana mistook the satirical Anti-Cheat Bill post for “real news” and called it “the most needed bill” on Sunday, on Instagram Stories. She also inquired about “star wives” and how they should thank the government for the bill. However, she deleted her posts hours later. Sharing a screenshot of the satirical note, Kangana had written, β€œAhem, ahem, welcome to Ram Rajya, star wives can thank this government (three heart faces and folded hands emojis).”

Kangan talks about the “most necessary bill”

The actor also added: “This was the most necessary bill for the safety of vulnerable young women, who fall for the false promises of marriage and even the sanctity of the institution of marriage, in the age of dating apps and sexual encounters behaving immorally. About the current anti-cheating bill

The Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Bill, 2024 mentions the types of unfair means in examinations that are punishable by law once enacted, and the punishment for the offences. Under this bill, any person or persons found guilty of crimes and wrongful means will be punished with imprisonment for a term of not less than three years, which may extend to five years and with a fine of up to ten lakh rupees.

The bill establishes that if an investigation determines that the offense provided for in this law has been committed with the consent or connivance of any director, senior managers or persons in charge of the service providing company, the guilty person will be liable for a imprisonment for a term not less than three years but which may extend to ten years and with a fine of one crore rupees.
