Karan Johar’s twins Yash and Roohi Johar are celebrating their seventh birthday. On Wednesday, Karan posted photos from her Willy Wonka-themed pre-birthday party and wrote an emotional note thanking her mother Hiroo Johar. Karan embraced parenthood through surrogacy. Karan Johar on Yash and Roohi’s birthday party
In the photos, Karan is seen posing with Yash and Roohi in matching purple outfits. Hiroo Johar joined them to take the perfect family photo in the new photos. In one of them, Karan is seen giving her mother a kiss.
Sharing the memories, Karan wrote, “Happiest birthday to the brightest rays of sunshine (x2) of my life! My life has changed forever, for the better with you two entering it with your silly, adorable laughs, your pure sass toward ME, and of course, an abundance of love to give to the world! Never change…grow but never change.”

He also added a special note for Hiroo Johar. He said, “And thanks to my mom, who will always be the strength of our family… and a mother figure to Yash and Roohi! I will love you forever, mom”.

Responding to Karan’s heartfelt post, Sussanne Khan commented, “Happy birthday, love and blessings to Roohi and Yash… big love to them, Hiroo aunty and you.” While Manish Malhotra wished Karan’s children, Sonali Bendre extended her best wishes to the entire family. She wrote, “Happy birthday to Roohi and Yash, love you and Hiroo aunty.” Vikrant Massey said, “Happy birthday Yash and Roohi!!! And many many congratulations to you too. “They are growing so wonderfully.” Janhvi Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Soni Razdan, Amrita Arora, Huma Qureshi, Abhishek Bachchan, Zoya Akhtar and Aditi Rao Hydari, among others, also wished the birthday boy and girl.
Meanwhile, Kareena took to her Instagram Stories and posted a throwback photo of Yash and Roohi on their special day. She added to the photo, “Yash and Roohi God bless you, love you.” Kareena’s elder son Taimur Ali Khan is a close friend of Yash and Roohi, as is the actor and Karan Johar. In fact, all children are at the same level at the Dhirubhai Ambani International School in Mumbai.
