“The Court finds that the parties agree that the MSA (Matrimonial Settlement Agreement) is fair and reasonable,” the documents state. “Court approves MSA in its entirety.”

Baumgartner initially filed for divorce in May 2023, and the estranged couple reached an agreement in September, sources told Fox News Digital at the time. In California, a six-month period is required after filing before the divorce can be finalized.

In the final ruling, Christine received $12,642 per month in child support for 17-year-old Cayden, an additional $18,962 for 16-year-old Hayes, and $31,605 for 13-year-old Grace, to be paid on the first of each month.

The former couple accepted joint legal and physical custodywith a holiday schedule established in the MSA, according to the documents.

Costner is also solely responsible for the children’s medical care, private school tuition, extracurricular activities, and car expenses for the couple’s oldest child.
