Kristen Stewart gave Rolling Stone a very wide-ranging interview and insight into his home life and future plans with his fiancée Dylan Meyer.

Stewart briefly mentioned his annoyance when asked about his relationship with Twilight co-star and ex-boyfriend Robert Pattinson more than 10 years after their breakup in 2013. They have both moved on; Pattinson is currently expecting his first child with his partner, Suki Waterhouse.

“Rob and I can’t talk about that shit anymore, because it’s so fucking weird,” Stewart said candidly. “It’s like someone keeps asking you (I mean, literally for decades), ‘But senior year of high school?’ You’re like, ‘Damn, man! I don’t know!'”

He was much happier to talk about his love story with Meyer and his hopes for their future together. In addition to being engaged, she and Meyer are creative partners professionally, and according to Stewart, it actually works out very well for them.

“I found the right person because I can be very obsessive about what I do,” she said. “And luckily my girlfriend, my partner, we are in the same shit. We’ve taken the things we spend our time on and woven them together, and together we’re so much smarter and stronger. And you’re like, ‘Fuck, that’s the best.'”

Stewart revealed that she and Meyer met on the set of ultra american, they connected immediately, then lost touch due to other romantic relationships. “We were both so engrossed in other things, literally,” Stewart said.

They met again six years later. When Stewart asked why Meyer hadn’t kept in touch with her, Meyer revealed that he had emailed Stewart, who never responded.

“It was probably my fault,” Stewart said of the ghosting. “But then I made this (relationship) happen. “I was intense because I was just positive.”

Stewart addressed the status of her wedding plans with Meyer, who proposed to Stewart in 2021. They are both working on their passion projects and “we don’t have the capacity to have a big wedding,” she said. “We will probably do it soon. “We’re just busy trying to make movies because they’re our babies.”

As for having a real family one day, Stewart was candid about his plans: “I don’t know what my family will be like, but there’s no way I’m not going to start having kids. And also, ideally, at some point soon I say, ‘I want to have a child.’ “I really want that to happen.”

Rolling Stone fixed that she and Meyer “have begun making preparations about how they could become pregnant and discussed the possibility of carrying each other’s embryos.”

On the topic of having a child, Stewart said: “I’m not afraid of getting pregnant. I’m not afraid of having a child. But I’m so scared of childbirth it’s crazy. Have you ever been too high and suddenly needed to be on your knees? I hate that. I mean, I smoke a lot of marijuana (obviously I self-medicate), but I don’t like hard drugs. And I have tried…a lot. “I just can’t stand it.” Pregnancy is so “radical” for Stewart that she might eventually be willing to do it.
