Notably, this edition marks the 2023 installment of the world’s second largest beauty pageant, initially scheduled for 2023 in the United Arab Emirates.

In a royal ceremony at the Jio World Convention Centre, Pyszková was adorned with The crownkindly delivered by Poland Karolina Bielawskathe current Miss World 2021, who magnanimously extended her reign for another year, concluding her mandate on this charming evening.
The journey to crown the new Miss World was filled with anticipation and fierce competition. Pyszková triumphed over 115 contestants, notably surpassing Yasmina Zaytoun from Lebanon, who was the first runner-up.
Beyond the traditional rounds of evening gowns and spontaneous questions, the contestants were evaluated in various categories, including social work, Top Model, multimedia, debate and sports.
How was the winner determined?
Throughout the knockout stages, participants were grouped by continent, with 10 from each group advancing to the quarterfinals, followed by a series of rigorous selection rounds culminating in the final showdown. In particular, representatives of the United States and Mexico, Victoria Disorbo and Alejandra Díaz de León respectively, they failed in the initial elimination round.
Among the triumphant continental champions were Dolores Abrahams from Trinidad and Tobago (America), Lesego Chombo from Botswana (Africa), Krystyna Pyszkova from the Czech Republic (Europe), and Yasmina Zaytou from Lebanon (Asia/Oceania), each showing their unique charm and grace on the global stage.
India’s own spectacle was added to the spectacle. Sini Shettya 22-year-old sensation who captured the hearts of the home audience, earning thunderous applause and multiple standing ovations as he competed for the coveted crown.
