Leah Remini loves being compared to Beyoncé’s wax figure

Leah Remini is so excited for people to see a resemblance between her and a new wax figure of Beyoncé.

“I’m screaming! And loving all the tweets! “This perimenopausal woman will accept any and all comparisons to the beautiful Beyoncé,” said Remini, 53. wrote on social media Thursday.

Remini’s post was in response to a TMZ Live Tweet with a photo of the figure and the caption: “Beyonce’s new wax figure is being compared to Leah Remini. Who do you think she looks like?”

UK based Madame Tussauds Blackpool opens Beyoncé’s wax, as well as a new one from Lady Gaga, on her Instagram on Thursday. “Let’s dance! Our two NEW global superstars have arrived! Queen Bey and Lady Gaga have landed at our Alist awards party and are bringing serious vibes to the red carpet,” she reads the Instagram post. “Visit Madame Tussauds Blackpool this Saturday and be the first to see them in person!”

Remini wasn’t the only famous face that fans thought looked like the music icon’s statue. While it’s clear from the comments that not many see a resemblance to Bey, other similar names thrown out include Rihanna and Tyra Banks.

Beyoncé’s wax figure is the latest in a long line of head-scratching celebrity portraits. In October, Lil Wayne hilariously reacted to a figure of himself, tweeting, “Sorry wax museum, but that’s not me! You tried though and I appreciate the effort.”
