Michael Strahan’s daughter, Isabella, revealed in new vlog post who was in incredible pain after having to undergo a second brain surgery during his ongoing battle with brain cancer.

“I’m actually very nervous. “I’m more nervous about this one because it’s not my brain they’re playing with,” the 19-year-old student said Wednesday. “It’s not that deep… but I’m curious what the recovery would be like. I’m not excited… at all. In fact, I’m a little nervous.”

“Hooray. How lucky I am to have another brain surgery,” the teenager added dryly.

The model explained that doctors opened the original scar on the back of her head to clean it and drain the fluid to prevent infections.

Later in the video, he was shown in bed with several bandages wrapped tightly around his head.

“I feel a lot of pain… and this sucks. Before I felt so much pain that I was like screaming. This is not fun,” she said. “I hope this is what caused all my fevers and the reason I was in the hospital for a week. So I hope I can go home soon after I recover from this. But I don’t feel at my best.”

“My face is so swollen it’s crazy. “I feel really bad and I didn’t expect to come out with this head wrap,” she continued. “I feel a lot of pain. Stinks. “I was a lot more high on my first surgery because it was more invasive.”

“It’s no fun having your head split open,” he added. “It’s not fun, but I’m very glad I can still walk and talk and they didn’t touch my brain because doing it again would be very, very hard. I don’t think I can do it. Yo could Do it, but it would be hard again.”

According to Isabella, the emergency surgery delayed her second round of chemotherapy.

“I feel like I’ve lost all progress on my hike since October,” she continued. “This isn’t the worst it’s been!”

Her unexpected surgery came a day after she posted a vlog telling viewers that she had been forced to return to the hospital after a series of fevers. after undergoing chemotherapy for the first time.

“I caught them all,” he said in one post. titled “Two surprise trips to the emergency room.”

“We left the hospital after three or four days and now we return less than 12 hours later because I have a fever again,” he explained. “I had a fever of 102 degrees and had to go back in. So we’re trying to figure out what’s going on, but no one can figure it out.”

“This is the worst fever I think I’ve ever had,” he added. “I don’t feel as bad as the first time. I just have a really bad headache so I didn’t think about it and now we’re in the ER. I don’t feel very well. I don’t feel terrible. I’ve felt worse but I don’t feel good. I feel like I can barely walk now.”

While in the hospital, he underwent his first blood transfusion and an MRI of his eyes.

The post also comes after the model revealed that she had celebrated her 19th birthday one day after her first brain surgery in October 2023.

Since the diagnosis, both she and her famous father have been very open about their cancer journey.

“I had to take her to the hospital and I thought she would come home a few hours later. … It’s been three days, but I hope she’s home today,” Michael, 52, said during “Good Morning America” at the time.

“It’s hard to see her go through this, but I know she’s a strong young woman and she’s going to get through it.”
