Mo’Nique held nothing back as she spoke to several top comedians and opened up more about some ongoing feuds in a scathing new podcast interview.

The Oscar-winning star of “Precious” appeared Wednesday at the Podcast “Club Shay Shay”, where he shot Tiffany Haddish, Kevin Hart and Oprah Winfrey. Throughout the interview, she also argued that she had not received the same opportunities in Hollywood that she would receive if she were white and that she had effectively been banned for previous comments she had made to the same effect.

“If I were a white woman, my name would be Melissa McCarthy,” she told host Shannon Sharpe. “Same track record. Sitcom five years in syndication. Same track record. Opportunities aren’t the same.”

Mo'Nique appears at the premiere of "Almost Christmas" in Los Angeles on November 3, 2016.

The comedian, who settled a discrimination lawsuit against Netflix in 2022, starred in the comedy “The Parkers,” while McCarthy starred in “Mike & Molly.”

Mo’Nique criticizes Tiffany Haddish for past comments

At one point in the wide-ranging three-hour conversation, Mo’Nique criticized comedian Tiffany Haddish for a 2018 comment the “Girls Trip” star made about her husband Sidney Hicks, who is also her manager.
