Noor Alfallah has been candid about being diagnosed with a life-threatening complication while pregnant with her and Al Pacino’s child.
Shortly before giving birth to Roman in June 2023, Alfallah was diagnosed with HELLP syndrome, which causes elevated liver enzymes that sometimes cause seizures. according to Medline Plus.
