There were many unsubstantiated reports claiming that the blockbuster HanuMan would make its OTT debut on March 8 on ZEE5, but that did not happen, disappointing many. The OTT platform revealed that they have not received any information regarding the digital premiere.
While the Telugu audience is eagerly waiting for the OTT release of this Indian superhero film, here is some big news for the Hindi audience. The Hindi dubbed version of HanuMan is coming to Jio Cinema on March 16. The streaming platform officially confirmed the same. Interestingly, the world television premiere of the Hindi version is also scheduled for the same day.
The Hindi version of HanuMan is a success story as the film grossed over Rs 50 crore nett at the box office. This is a tremendous achievement, given that the film has no stars. Directed by Prasanth Varma, the film features Teja Sajja, Amritha Aiyer and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar in the lead roles. Vinay Rai played the antagonist.
