After treating fans to some pictures from the sets, here is a big update from the Kalki 2898 AD team on this day of Maha Shivarathri. PAN India star Prabhas’ character in this futuristic film is called ‘Bhairava’.
Along with this detail, a new poster of Prabhas was also published in which the actor shows off his powerful biceps. He is seen sporting a unique outfit. The production company’s caption read: “From the future streets of Kasi, featuring Bhairava from Kalki 2898 AD.”
Directed by Nag Ashwin, the film is set in a dystopian world. Deepika Padukone plays the female lead, while Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Disha Patani, Rajendra Prasad and Pasupathy play key roles.
