Jennifer Lopez shared a sweet kiss with her husband Ben Affleck at the premiere of her latest film.
The 54-year-old star, who recently revealed the advice her man gave her, had that loving look on the 51-year-old star while supporting her on This Is Me… Now: A Love. Premiere of the story in Los Angeles.
J-Lo showed off her ballerina legs in a strapless black dress with a long sheer skirt.
The Waiting For Tonight hitmaker proved to be an astrology buff as the skirt featured sparkly silver details of all the zodiac signs.
Since the multi-hyphenate is Leo, as well as her husband Ben, there’s no doubt that sign was front and center, as it included the symbol along with an image of a lion.
The stunner also slipped on a pair of black high heels and completed the glamorous look with matching black sleeves.
Her brunette tresses were worn out as she showed off her look with bold makeup topped off with a smoky eye and glossy nude lip.
Jennifer paired her skirt with diamond-encrusted platinum jewelry, including large earrings and multiple finger rings.
Ben looked dapper in a classic black suit with dress shoes and matching tie paired with a crisp white dress shirt.
His short locks were swept to the side while he sported a beard.
Meanwhile, Jennifer recently revealed that This Is Me… Now: A Love Story is one of three upcoming projects in which Ben served as a muse of sorts for her.
He is releasing three projects about his famous search for love: an ambitious musical film titled This Is Me… Now: A Love Story, his album This Is Me… Now and a documentary chronicling the making of the film and album, The greatest love story ever told.
In a long interview with VarietyIt is revealed that Lopez had used love letters written by Affleck while thinking about her new album.
The documentary captures the moment when Ben, 51, meets a group of writers reviewing the collection of letters. Seeking inspiration, Jennifer provided her colleagues with her letters, a collection of writings that Affleck had titled “The Greatest Love Story Ever Told.”
Variety reports that Affleck seemed “bewildered” when he saw that the letters had been presented to his wife’s colleagues.
“I really found the beauty and the poetry and the irony in the fact that it’s the greatest love story ever told. If you’re making a record about it, it feels like telling it,” Ben told the camera.
Jennifer and Ben rekindled their romance 18 years after calling off their engagement in 2003. They ended up getting married in Las Vegas and again in Georgia in 2022.
The Oscar-winning filmmaker offered his wife plenty of advice while making their film, which she financed herself.
“He realized that what we were doing was a surreal and fantastic trip,” he explained.
Jennifer was advised by her spouse to keep the film “very tight” since she was putting her own money into the project.
She recalled how her husband explained the process of making the film to her: “Ben told me, ‘You’re going to write it and then you’re going to film it,'” she recalled.
“When you’re done, you’ll do a rough cut, see what it needs, and have three days of reshoots.” That’s when I said, “I can’t do that, I don’t have any more money!” But he told me, “You’re going to reshoot it for a few days and then edit it again. And you’re going to tell your story.”‘
Affleck was shown the final cut of the film last year and praised his wife’s filmmaking efforts.
“He said, ‘You made a movie. For you. You made a great movie. You did it,” he recalled.
‘Honestly, I don’t care what happens now. That’s the biggest kind of compliment I could get,” she said.
Jennifer and Ben weren’t the only big stars at the event, as America Ferrara, Becky G, Xochitl Gomez, Fat Joe and Montana Tucker were in attendance.
America looked stunning in a floor-length red dress as her raven bob was worn down and her makeup was completed with a touch of bright crimson lip.
Becky showed off her fantastic figure in a sparkly silver bodysuit with the jacket open to reveal her matching bralette.
The singer donned her raven hair while showing off her natural look with complementary makeup.
This Is Me… Now: A Love Story will be released on Amazon Prime Video this Friday, February 16.
