Constantine, who died on January 10, 2023, at the age of 82 as the last king of Greece following a coup, was William’s godfather.

Charles, who has been staying at Windsor Castle amid his battle with cancer, was reportedly at the estate earlier in the day but left in the morning.

He is not expected to have an audience with the Greek royalty who traveled to be there.

The monarch, 75, announced his cancer diagnosis earlier this month and returned to royal duties in person last week when he met British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak at Buckingham Palace in London.

Charles has not revealed the type of cancer he has, but explained to the public that he wanted to share his diagnosis to be transparent and help those who can relate to his struggles.

The sovereign ascended to the throne after his mother, Queen Elizabeth II, died at the age of 96 in September 2022. William, Charles’s eldest son, is first in line to the British throne.
