Priyanka Chopra Jonas is in India and has work on her mind. We have heard that she is revising several scripts and she will also be meeting filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali to finalize a project.
According to a source, the actor has several work commitments in India.
“For Priyanka, the trip to India is purely for work. Apart from attending the event in Mumbai, she has several things ahead of her. She has back-to-back meetings in different capacities,” says a source, and shares, “She also has a production house and has decided to focus a bit on the same. She is meeting with people to finalize three or four of the upcoming projects under her banner.”
The source adds, “She knows there is a lot of curiosity around her upcoming Hindi project and she wants to wrap it up soon. She is reviewing several scripts and meeting with various creators to decide on the same. In fact, she will also be reuniting with Sanjay Leela Bhansali for an action project, set in a different period. She liked the project and now she will meet Bhansali to decide the schedule, schedule and costumes.”
The source also hints that the actor is also in town to host the second season of Citadel. We reached out to the actor’s team for confirmation on the same but did not receive a response from them till the time of going to print.
