The Telugu dubbed version of the recent Malayalam blockbuster Premalu, starring Naslen K Gafoor and Mamitha Baiju in the lead roles, releases in theaters today. As expected, the Telugu adaptation has received a warm reception from audiences and critics alike.
Renowned director SS Rajamouli, who attended the screening of Premalu along with the audience this morning, shared his opinion about the film through his account . It was a riot of laughter throughout. The writer did a fabulous job getting the meme/juvenile language perfectly right. I liked the girl, Reenu, in the trailer. In the film even the boy Sachin is adorable. But my favorite is Aadi… JK… Just kidding.” The team behind the film is delighted with the positive feedback from such an esteemed filmmaker.
As a reminder, the Telugu adaptation of Premalu, directed by Girish AD, is presented by SS Karthikeya, SS Rajamouli’s son. Along with a talented supporting cast including Shyam Mohan M, Meenakshi Raveendran, Akhila Bhargavan, Althaf Salim, Mathew Thomas and Sangeet Pratap, Vishnu Vijay has composed the film’s enchanting soundtrack.
