Rani Mukerji and Aditya Chopra are one of the most loved and adorable couples in the industry. They have been married for a long time and recently, in a conversation with Galatta India, the actress opened up about what attracted her to marry Aditya Chopra. Rani praised her husband and said that he is a very good human being. However, the couple is known for their intensely private nature.

Speaking to Galatta India, he said: “I think he is a really good human being and, for me, that was the deciding factor. I grew up in a home with my parents and appreciated the type of people they were. In my life it is very important to have good people around, because I need to respect people. That is very important to me. What I saw in Adi was a very, very kind human being, a good person and a great leader for his team.”

She continued: “It’s very fair, not in terms of color, but in terms of morality and judgment. You may fall out of love or lose that initial attraction, but you will never lose the respect you have for a person. For me that is very important. If I want to be close to someone, I need to respect them. “I’ve seen the world so closely, I’ve worked in this industry for so many years… So if I had to be an industry person, it couldn’t be anyone else but Adi.”

Rani and Aditya got married in 2014 and are parents to a daughter, Adira. Last year, the actress was a speaker at the Melbourne Indian Film Festival where she revealed that she was pregnant in 2020 but suffered a miscarriage. She said she lost the baby five months into her pregnancy.

As quoted by Business Today, Rani Mukerji said, “Maybe this is the first time I am making this revelation because in today’s world, every aspect of your life is discussed publicly and it becomes an agenda to talk about your film to attract more eyes. . Obviously, I didn’t talk about this when I was promoting the movie because it would have seemed like I was trying to talk about a personal experience that would drive the movie… so, it was around the year COVID-19 hit. “It was 2020. I got pregnant with my second baby at the end of 2020 and sadly lost him five months into the pregnancy.”

On the work front, she was last seen in the film Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway, based on a true story.
