Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal, starring Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna and Triptii Dimri, has done phenomenal business at the box office. The film recorded a worldwide box office collection of Rs 904.93 cr, according to Bollywood Hungama. Rashmika, who played the role of Geetanjali in the film, was missing in action after the release. The actress, who is now filming Pushpa 2 alongside Allu Arjun, finally opened up about why she didn’t “take over” the film’s huge success.

Taking to Instagram, Rashmika posted a photo of herself from the sets of her next and wrote, “Hey guys! I can’t show my full face because it’s a new cinematic look and I can’t reveal it before my film crew, as always. But the filming is going very well, I just wanted to let everyone know that. Also, another thing I wanted to talk about is the issue that was going around saying ‘she’s not taking ownership of her success and all that’. Ok, here’s the thing. 1- I know it comes from a place of love, concern and concern. We have delivered a huge film and people loved it and appreciated it. I also wanted to take some time to enjoy it, like we all want, but I was back on set the day after my movie premiered (being the incredible workaholic that I am), and so I couldn’t and can’t do that. do a lot of interviews or events out there. I have to make these overnight trips for work and I’m filming some of the most important and intense films of my career. And as you know, I can’t really reveal the look before my film crews do and therefore I can’t take photos, publish some posts or go live according to your wishes or mine. And I know they’ll miss me and I will too, but I’m sure when the movies DO come out, I know everyone will be super happy, and it will all be worth it! (I personally CAN’T WAIT for those moments). So bear with me because you should know that I am doing the best I can and I am happy to do it for all of you, for myself and for my teams.

She added: “And now, taking responsibility for success… Guys, your love, messages to me are what make me happy and keep me going honestly, and I saw them in abundance; and again thank you very much for all the love… always.”

Rashmika Mandanna’s next, Pushpa 2, will hit theaters on August 15, 2024.
