Selena Gomez is back on the red carpet in one of her most stunning looks of the 2024 awards season. The actress wore a custom white Atelier Versace corset dress at the 2024 Screen Actors Guild Awards tonight. Although Gómez does not have an individual nomination, his program Only murders in the building is nominated for Best Ensemble in a Comedy Series.
Gomez was last photographed in Malibu Thursday night, having dinner at Nobu with her boyfriend, Benny Blanco. She had just released her new single, “Love”.
Gomez spoke with Zane Lowe for Apple Music 1 about juggling her music and acting careers. “I think there’s a lot of fuss about the idea of balancing the two,” she said. “But for me, I think I’m in a really comfortable place where I can do both. I’m very lucky, though, I enjoy taking my time, making music and selecting songs in a specific way, at a specific time, and I feel comfortable with what I’m doing. So I think that’s all that matters.”
He also addressed how special his relationship with Blanco has been. “Without going into too much detail, I think it’s very important to meet someone who respects you,” she said. “And I think it’s also very nice to lean on someone who understands the world I live in. But I have to say that overall it’s the safest I’ve ever felt, and it’s been really lovely and I’ve just grown through it. So it’s amazing.”
