The other day, we reported that Bollywood star hero Akshay Kumar’s adaptation of the acclaimed Kollywood film Soorarai Pottru, originally starring Suriya, will hit the theaters on July 12, 2024.
In the latest development, the makers have officially revealed the title of the film as Sarfira along with giving a sneak peek to mark the release date announcement.
Spearheaded by National Award-winning director Sudha Kongara, who also directed the original Tamil version, the Hindi adaptation aims to maintain the essence of the original story while catering to a wider audience.
Produced by Aruna Bhatia (Cape Of Good Films), Suriya and Jyotika (2D Entertainment) and Vikram Malhotra (Abundantia Entertainment), Sarfira features music by GV Prakash Kumar.
