In fact, his failed co-star Dr. Terry Dubrow was amazed after seeing the newly renovated property on the E! February 1 episode of the series.
“I haven’t seen Paul’s house being built in quite a while, I can’t wait to see what it looks like,” Terry admitted in a confessional before poking fun at his lifelong best friend. “According to my house, Paul and I, I know one thing: it will be much smaller than mine.”
Once he entered the three-story house and passed the opulent waterfall entrance, Terry was sold. But as Paul explained, the impressive property required lots of work before becoming the modern masterpiece it is today.
“I’ve been building this house for over three years,” Paul noted. “When Terry first saw it, I think we just had the foundation. I know Terry likes to get into real estate and he’s done a good job, but hey, look what I’ve built here.”
