Alicia Keys’ husband responded to her steamy performance with Usher during the Super Bowl LVIII halftime show on Sunday.

After social media users commented on how Keys and Usher’s partners must be jealous watching them touch each other on stage, Swizz Beatz said that’s not the case.

The day after the show, he joined many social media users who were excited about the show and shared a post on his Instagram.

In his caption, he said there were “no negative vibes” and gave praise after watching Usher, 45, and Keys, 43, sing their 2004 smash hit, My Boo, which he called “a classic.”

The Grammy-winning record producer, whose full name is Kasseem Daoud Dean, said his performance was “beyond incredible.”

Many social media users took to X after the show, tweeting that it was “inappropriate” for Usher to hug Keys when the two were in a relationship.

“It would be sexy (fuck) if it was Swizz Beatz… Usher was aware of Alicia Keys,” one X user wrote.

“Now why was Usher getting mad at Alicia Keys like that?” wrote another. “…I know Swizz’s heart sank at that performance.”

However, Keys’ husband didn’t seem bothered and was very supportive of his wife.

“They’re talking about the wrong damn thing,” he began. “You don’t see that incredible dress that covers the entire stadium.”

He added: ‘Tonight’s performance was incredible with two incredible giants! Congratulations @usher and my love @aliciakeys. That song is a classic.

“We don’t create any negative vibes on this side,” he continued. “We make history.”

She concluded her post by telling her fans to go see her art exhibit, Giants: Art from the Dean Collection of Swizz Beatz and Alicia Keys, at the Brooklyn Museum in New York City.
