The Seattle man arrested twice in three days for stalking Taylor Swift was released from supervised release by a Manhattan judge on Wednesday, only to return to the “Bad Blood” singer’s apartment moments later, The Post has learned.

David Crowe, 33, was seen wearing a gray jacket, a blue backpack and white Puma sneakers while rummaging through a dumpster outside Swift’s home in Tribeca on Wednesday afternoon.

Exclusive photos show Crowe looking into the dumpster from multiple angles shortly after prosecutors revealed he staked out Swift’s apartment 30 times over the past two months.

“I saw him digging in this dumpster, taking out some blankets and then he went and sat on the loading dock a few doors down (from Swift’s apartment),” a neighbor said.

The neighbor, who did not want to be identified, said she saw Rowe over the weekend, when he was first arrested Saturday night for lurking outside Swift’s door and released without charge.

Crowe was arrested again Monday night outside the mega-pop star’s home on charges of stalking and harassment, which are not eligible for bail, so prosecutors requested the highest possible level of supervised release in his arraignment on Wednesday.

Deputy District Attorney Harriet Jiranek said Crowe had visited the “Shake It Out” singer’s home on several occasions when he tried to pry neighbors into Swift’s whereabouts.

“He constantly says he’s there to see Taylor Swift,” Jiranek said. “He told this to the neighbors and asked them where she was.”

The burly Crowe, who was hunched over a table wearing a beige sweatshirt that said “Love Don’t Sit There Like a Rock” on the back, had been warned 10 times by the building’s custodian to leave Swift’s house, but That didn’t stop him from visiting 30 times between Nov. 25 and Jan. 22, according to a criminal complaint.

Police arrested him when a member of Swift’s security team notified officers patrolling the area on Monday, according to police sources.

Meanwhile, Swift was busy cheering on her boyfriend and Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce in their 27-24 victory over the Buffalo Bills at Orchard Park on Sunday to reach the AFC Championship.

Crowe’s attorney, Cara Mazar, said Crowe currently attends school in Seattle and has a prior misdemeanor conviction.

The judge granted prosecutors’ request for a protective order after hearing their argument that it would “ensure Ms. Swift’s safety.”

He did not respond when asked why he is obsessed with the “You Belong With Me” singer after the court hearing.

He is due back in court on March 12.
