Manhattan Deputy District Attorney Andrew Warshawer told the judge at Thursday’s arraignment that Crowe had “willfully disobeyed the protective order issued by this court – and by your honor herself – yesterday following his arraignment.” , referring to Alonso’s mandate to stay away from the singer’s lawsuit. home.

Katherine Bajuk, Crowe’s public defender, requested that he undergo a 730 exam, which will test his mental fitness for trial.

Prosecutors revealed during Crowe’s arraignment Wednesday that he had allegedly staked out the “Bad Blood” singer’s apartment 30 times over the past two months.

Police detained the former Duke University computer science student on Saturday but later released him without charge because they did not have a complainant to come forward with a report or proof that he actually committed a crime, according to law enforcement sources.

But Crowe was seen again outside the “Bad Blood” singer’s home on Monday night, and this time, authorities charged him with fourth-degree harassment, a misdemeanor, and two counts of harassment.

The charges were not eligible for bail, so prosecutors said they instead requested the highest possible level of supervised release.

Crowe now also faces a second-degree contempt charge for willfully violating the court order by returning to Swift’s block after Wednesday’s hearing.

The building’s custodian had warned him to leave Swift’s home alone at least 10 times, according to the criminal complaint.

But that didn’t stop him from visiting 30 times between late November and Jan. 22, he said.

Police arrested him when a member of Swift’s security team notified police officers patrolling the area on Monday, according to law enforcement sources.

The complaint was retroactive to Nov. 25, 2023, which helps officers describe the pattern of Crowe’s alleged harassment, sources told The Post.

A neighbor said Crowe has been in the neighborhood since Christmas. And they were scared when they saw him prowling around again on Wednesday.

“My heart sank,” the neighbor told The Post. “I just thought, ‘Oh my God, I can’t believe this guy’s back!’ I just want to never see this person again. I hope he gets the help he needs, but he needs to leave our little street alone.”
