Kriti Sanon and Shahid Kapoor’s latest film Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiyawhich opened to mediocre reviews, earned Rs 9.50 crore on its second day according to a report by Sacnilk.com. The total earning of the film, directed by Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah, now stands at Rs 16.20 crore. Accounting for the film’s opening day earnings, Bollywood trade analyst Taran Adarsh wrote in X on Saturday: “Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya opens on expected lines on day 1… The figures witnessed a boost after noon, especially in key metropolitan areas… Urban centers take the lead… Day 2 (Saturday) should witness growth, with national chains driving business… Friday ₹ 7 .02 cr. Business in India”.

According to a report by Sacnilk, Shahid Kapoor Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya had minted ₹1 crore by selling 45678 day 1 tickets through advance booking across India.
In his review for NDTV, film critic Saibal Chatterjee gave the film 1.5 stars out of 5 and wrote: “All the songs and dances and feeble attempts to tickle the funny bone don’t pay much dividends. The film relies too much on Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon’s chemistry to help him overcome his gaping crater-sized holes, but since his progress is akin to that of a shoddy automaton purchased on the gray market, Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya It runs empty and isn’t even the least bit fun.”
