Each On March 10, Nintendo celebrates Mario Day celebration called: ‘MAR10 Day’. See what they did there? It’s a relatively simple matter, one that was given a little more attention than usual last year given that the Super Mario movie was a highly anticipated release shortly after.
We don’t have a new movie this year, but there are still some notable deals you can get in on if you’re interested. Digital deals on Mario games are now live, with around $20 off most titles, along with some Switch accessories, LEGO, and more.
MAR 10 Deal: Switch Games Now for $39.99
Included in the sale are several Mario Switch games for $20 off. This is a pretty standard sale price for Nintendo Switch games in 2024, but it’s still notable for new Switch owners or those who have missed out on a couple of titles in recent years. This includes popular entries like Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Luigi’s Mansion, Mario Party Superstars, and more, all for $39.99.
MAR 10 offer: Super Mario LEGO sets
There are some decent ones LEGO Mario Games to see right now in the MAR10 sales, with some early entries that look quite notable. This includes the Mario and Peach Starter Course Sets Both are down to $47.99, while the Donkey Kong Treehouse Expansion Set It is also down to $53.90 at this time. These are just the first offerings, so we may also see more in the coming days.
MAR 10 offer: 14-day free trial of Nintendo Switch Online
Also as part of MAR10 Day, Nintendo is offering a free 14-day Nintendo Switch Online trial membership (normally 7 days), available now through March 17. This is available even to those who have used a free trial before, so there’s plenty of opportunity to take advantage of this offer while it’s still active.
And while we’re talking about Switch Online, it’s worth reminding you that any paid Switch Online member can currently earn 50 My Nintendo Platinum points to redeem for classic Mario icon items when they play Super Mario World on SNES via Switch Online.
