The Boys Season 4 Release Date Announced

The Boys season 4 finally has a release date: June 13, 2024.

Prime Video’s hit anti-superhero show based on the comic by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson returns with three episodes on June 13, followed by a new episode each week ending with a season finale on July 18. That makes season 4 total of eight episodes.

Apparently today is Homelander’s birthday, and to celebrate, Prime Video also revealed new artwork for season four.

“In season four, the world is on the brink. Victoria Neuman is closer than ever to the Oval Office and under the muscular thumb of Homelander, who is consolidating her power. Butcher, just a few months old, has lost Becca’s son and his job as leader of The Boys. The rest of the team is fed up with his lies. The stakes are higher than ever and they have to find a way to work together and save the world before it’s too late.”

In December, IGN wondered if The Boys season 4 trailer was teasing Homelander’s death. “With Black Noir back on his feet after his altercation with Homelander in Season 3, and Senator Victoria Neuman’s recent acquisition of a Supe-killing virus that began as a project to keep the leader of The Seven under control, it seems certain that there is a good chance that the star-spangled idiot won’t make it out of Season 4 alive,” we said. “But that doesn’t mean we’ll necessarily lose Antony Starr!” Check out our trailer breakdown to learn more about our theory. Otherwise, here’s everything we know about The Boys season 4.

The Boys stars Karl Urban, Jack Quaid, Antony Starr, Erin Moriarty, Jessie T. Usher, Laz Alonso, Chace Crawford, Tomer Capone, Karen Fukuhara, Colby Minifie, Claudia Doumit and Cameron Crovetti. The fourth season welcomes Susan Heyward, Valorie Curry and Jeffrey Dean Morgan.
